C\u00f2rsega 232, 08036 Barcelona, Spanje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Telefoon:<\/strong> +34 932 010 793<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact-e-mail:<\/strong> <a>info@streamtec.es<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doeleinden van de verwerking<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bij STREAMTEC, S.L. verwerken wij persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het beheren van vragen, informatieverzoeken en offertes die via de website worden ontvangen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het beheren van aankoopprocessen, facturatie, verzendingen en aftersales-service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen (fiscaal, boekhoudkundig, garantie, enz.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het versturen van commerci\u00eble communicatie en nieuws over <strong>Flux Lasers<\/strong>-apparatuur en gerelateerde producten, mits de gebruiker hiervoor uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het waarborgen van de veiligheid van de website en het voorkomen van fraude of ongeoorloofde toegang.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rechtsgrond<\/h2>\n\n<p>De rechtsgrond voor de verwerking van de gegevens is:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uitvoering van een overeenkomst of toepassing van precontractuele maatregelen (art. 6.1.b AVG).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen (art. 6.1.c AVG).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de betrokkene (art. 6.1.a AVG).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gerechtvaardigd belang van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke (art. 6.1.f AVG), bijvoorbeeld voor de beveiliging van de website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bewaring van de gegevens<\/h2>\n\n<p>De gegevens worden bewaard zolang de contractuele relatie duurt en gedurende de termijnen die door de toepasselijke regelgeving worden vereist (bijv. 6 jaar voor fiscale en boekhoudkundige doeleinden).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ontvangers<\/h2>\n\n<p>De gegevens kunnen worden doorgegeven aan:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leveranciers van technologische diensten (hosting, onderhoud, IT-support).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logistieke en transportbedrijven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bankinstellingen en betaalplatforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiscaal en boekhoudkundig advies.<br\/>Allemaal onder de hoedanigheid van <strong>verwerker<\/strong>, op basis van een overeenkomst conform art. 28 AVG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internationale doorgiften<\/h2>\n\n<p>Er kunnen internationale doorgiften van gegevens plaatsvinden in het kader van diensten die door technologische leveranciers worden geleverd (bijv. hosting, e-mail, CRM). In deze gevallen worden passende waarborgen toegepast, zoals door de Europese Commissie goedgekeurde standaardcontractbepalingen of adequaatheidsbesluiten. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rechten van gebruikers<\/h2>\n\n<p>De gebruiker kan zijn\/haar rechten van <strong>inzage, rectificatie, wissing, bezwaar, beperking en overdraagbaarheid<\/strong> uitoefenen door te schrijven naar: <strong><a>info@streamtec.es<\/a><\/strong>.<br\/>Daarnaast kan hij\/zij een klacht indienen bij de <strong>Spaanse gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (AEPD)<\/strong> als hij\/zij meent dat zijn\/haar rechten zijn geschonden.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minderjarigen<\/h2>\n\n<p>De diensten zijn niet gericht op minderjarigen onder de 14 jaar.
