The Chuck Rotary Add-on for Ador transforms your machine into a professional rotary engraving solution, allowing you to work in 360° on cylindrical objects, rings and spheres. Thanks to its interchangeable jaws—straight, L-shaped and hexagonal—it adapts to different diameters and shapes, providing a firm grip and precise results with every rotation.
It’s ideal for personalizing bottles, tumblers, cups, rings, decorative spheres and technical parts, significantly expanding Ador’s creative and commercial possibilities.
Total versatility in sizes and shapes
The Chuck Rotary for Ador allows an engraving diameter for cylindrical objects from 1 to 130 mm, a diameter for rings from 11 to 130 mm and a diameter for spheres from 25 to 130 mm. The maximum engraving length is 325 mm, sufficient to comfortably work with long pieces such as bottles or large-format containers.
With a tilt angle from –30° to 180°, it offers even more flexibility when positioning the piece and adjusting the design.
Designed to work with the Ador Extension Base
For optimal performance, the Chuck Rotary Add-on is designed to be used together with the Ador Extension Base Add-on, which provides the additional height and space needed to work with a wide variety of objects.
